. Rotary Tube Cutoff: This method of tube cutting can handle a range of sizes between .060" - 1.75" OD. T-Drill can also incorporate a range of secondary operations into this equipment including endforming, endfinishing, and others. Because this method of cutting does not create any chips or burrs, we are able to combine a high precision length tolerance and cut quality with high volume capability, up to 5000 pieces/hour.

. Tube Collaring: T-Drill manufactures equipment that forms a collar on various materials ranging from 3/8" OD tube to 16" sch 10 pipe. This eliminates the need to purchase costly tee fittings and reduces the amount of joints by up to 67%, thus saving time and reducing the possibility of leaks.

. Tube Spinning: T-Drill offers machine to spherically spin close the ends of a tube. In addition, a simple tooling change enables reduction and expansion capability. We offer two machine models, the SP-55 and the SP-110, which feature a 2-5/8" and 4-1/8" capacity respectively.

. Tube and Pipe Flanging: We offer machinery to flange up to 16" O.D. We can form 90 degree flanges on a variety of materials. These units can either cold form or hot form, depending on the application. With a tooling change, these machines can also flare, expand, and end finish.
