Crippa – 925E
The most advanced small diameter all electric CNC tube bending system. Competitive in value.
CNC tube bending machine, with 9 electrically-driven axes, max. tube diameter 25 mm.
The presence of 9 controlled axes allows improved flexibility in bending and manipulating the tube. Clamp system is a rigid design designed to be the most stable platform of a bender this small. It is controlled by and AC servo allowing you to program its pressures from the control. The Pressure die system is on two AC servos’s allowing for minute control of pressure and speed. The mandrel is controlled by AC servo and managed from the control giving the novice or experienced tube bender maximum control of this important function and finally giving the manufacturer complete control. The multiple radius feature of this machine is also on a servo allowing for an innovative programming of the die stack.
The machine can be converted from right hand bending (clockwise) to left hand bending (counterclockwise) eliminating the need for the purchase of two machines. So, each Crippa bender, can be bought as a left hand bender, a right hand bender, or as a left or right hand bender.
Adding the carriage boost options allows you to reduce your clamp lengths to do bends close together. Of course the ability to do compound bending is already aided by the stack design (variable) of Crippa benders. Roll bending with this option is a popular feature of the Crippa benders.
The Crippa design allows for flexibility of programming and full simulation. Crippa service is supported by American technicians. Interfaces with vector and optical type tube CMM’s.

Crippa – CA 1142 Left and Right All Electric Bender
CNC tube bending machine with 11 electrically-driven axes, max. tube diameter 42 mm.
It retains the same basic principles of the CA 542 model such as right/left bending direction, multiradius, multiplane, calendaring and integrated loading / unloading.
Eleven controlled axes makes for improved flexibility such as left and right hand bending on the fly (in the same tube set up). It is really two tube benders on one machine platform. It has two tool stacks. This is CNC bending technology at the highest level.
