T-Drill – TCC28 Tube Cutter

The TCC-28 is an automated tube cutting station with many options. Cutting range for copper and aluminium is 0.06” – 1” and max 0.39” for mild steel. System has fully automatic cut length changes with integrated batch management system. Material can be fed from several kinds of decoiling systems.

When cutting different lengths it is practical to use diverting table for separating those different lengths. There are available different diverting table being able to handle maximum cut lengths from 78” to 236”.

T-Drill Tec-150 Collaring Station

The TEC-150 collaring station is provided with automatic work cycles for cutting the pilot hole and for collaring the pipe. Automatic operations are controlled from an interactive control panel. The entire process from pilot hole milling to collar trimming is carried out in a single workstation.  Machine is able to collar from .5 ” IPS to 8″ (depending on how the machine is optioned).

T-Drill T-110 Collaring/Branching Machine

Transportable collaring machine is designed for welded tube connections for run pipes 1’’ – 12’’.

The T-110 system consist of:

• T-110 machine
• Pilot hole milling tool
• Collaring tools (with forming pins+pin holder according to collar diameters
• Trimming tool
• Clamping tools according to run pipe diameters
• Tool holders both side of the control panel.

The pilot hole tool, collaring tools and trimming tool are located at the tool holders both side of the control panel. The same tool holders can be used for tool setting. The buttons of the control panel are used to start and stop pilot hole milling, collaring and trimming cycles.

The S-54 is able to provide quality collars up 2⅛” in copper, aluminum, steel, stainless steel and other malleable materials.  The S54 greatly enhances your ability to do brazed joints, Tees, and collars.  One can pull a Tee that is the same inside diameter as the run tube.

An affordable manifold fabricating machine for copper tubing. – Brazed joint – Branch sizes ½” – 2” – Max. run tube 4.125” – Work cycle time 15-60 seconds depending on the branch diameter.

T-Drill SP-55 Spinning Machine

Tube End Spinning machine for closing, reducing and expanding of copper tubes – Max. tube diameter 2½’’ – Min. tube length 4” – Max. wall thickness 0.12”
